This show was amazing. It showed proper relationships between teenagers and normalised not being perceived as “perfect” like the media tells us we should be. The actors are teens or look like them which is amazing to see in a show. Also the Lgbtq+ representation was phenomenal, having a main characters acceptance storyline whilst also not being hyper fixated on coming out (or focused on labelling himself) was amazing. All the different family dynamics and friendship dynamics were so true to life. And that ending!!! I’m totally hooked and am in dire need of season two!!! The emotion that this show evokes is groundbreaking, I can’t even describe what a whirlwind of emotions it put me through. It’s amazing how relatable this show is even though it’s about a Swedish Prince. This is one of the most true to life shows I’ve watched and I need more. Truly an unforgettable show that will forever have a place in my heart.
