I honestly loved the idea of this. The story was strange but it was a good way to try to revive the series. Horrifying Jason. Good death scenes. And very clever on my part. I think that it should've gotten the sequel as planned. I honestly don't think a slasher needs to have jumpscares like a lot of new horror does. I feel like it needs psychological horror. And it has a good scare in it if you look at it that way. It's gruesome and disturbing. That's a good slasher.
