Silver Sweet

This movie was so well done! This was the first time I watched a movie the whole way through in a long time. The transition from page to screen worked so well, and the thing that made it extra special for me was seeing two of my favorite actresses, Kerry Washington and Charlize Theron, share the screen together. I highly recommend this for anyone who loves a fairy tale romp! Can't wait for the next installment!

This was an extremely charming movie. I loved the music. Lin Manuel Miranda did a wonderful job of keeping the music true to the flavor of Colombia. Maribel was such a wonderful protagonist. I love how Disney keeps showing real women in their films, and I look forward to the day when we don't consider it exceptional that this happens in a Disney film. Really, a wonderful time for anyone.
