So unconventional, raw and real yet relatable to me. The same thing happens in my village (Chankana, Uttrakhand) also. It is called DIPAAT & JAAGAR.
But I always thought it was a drama, because the man that plays the role of devata in my place doesn't look righteous in real life. Not always but consumes alcohol, smokes, eats nonveg and sometimes mischievous.
So, my thought was how can a god enter a body like this. Why not be someone better?
Now I'm starting to make some sense.
Also, the thing which baffles me is that the same thing happens in different places of Bharat. I asked my bihari friend and he also agreed. Even when there's so much distance between these places.
This is literally amazing to see.
Yes there are variations in style and aesthetics in different places but the concept is the same everywhere.
I thank the makers of the film and appreciate the efforts of Rishabh Shetty and team. Loved it! ❤️
