Cheesy and formulaic. The plot may be mildly interesting, but the characters feel like were painstakingly chosen for ratings. "Let's get a hunky looking younger guy who likes motorcycles, has a perfect smile, long dreamy hair, and is artsy, and a woman who is pretty, emotional, and creative. What better way to represent the vibe of French chateau!" I know they are probably a real couple, but at the end of the day, when you put all of the elements of this show together, it feels like an insulting cliche. This would have been more interesting with people who did not look/feel like the French chateau stereotype -- people out of their element, or just one person.
