i just finished the book and was really excited to watch the film. im disappointed, this was not executed well. the dialogue wasnt there. sari and chernack were not included and they played a decent part in the book. the thrilling scenes were not done correct. its like they skimmed the book then made a movie. the suspensful parts lacked and eddie dies before helping annie, and we dont get the suspense of them running to oliver. its all wrong. the cabin was missing. oliver was not suppose to know what vincent looked like. the scene where boffano dies was incorrect the ending scene gosh did not go how i imagined and the way it was written lacked emotion i love the book.
