Josh at the East Battlefield store in Springfield MO is definitely good at his job!! He helped me with my laptop that wouldn't connect and found out it was a manufacturing defect and returned it. And while there I found out about the iinternet service which will save me money. Josh saved me money with 2 different issues. #1 with trying to fix my laptop and and spending #2 internet is way cheaper than my currier I currently have. Thanks for the fantastic customer service Josh. I will definitely send people to T-mobile and ask for you.
