The plot is slow, characters are shallow, and the villain in particular has paper thin motive and depth. The animation, which in the first movie was exceptional, is now distracting and unnecessary. The story seems drawn out for a cash grab, as there isn't substantive content to justify one movie. Will not watch again even if free.
