Don’t expect any historical accuracies from this show because they’re very few. It’s more like a modern show with the random sprinkle of 1800s rules. Once you get that out of the way, the show is pretty good with themes such as female friendships, abuse, women’s rights, financial abuse, power, family, love of course, betrayal. Etc. The main group of friends is diverse in their journey, personality and it’s interesting to watch how their lives alter their bonds and lives. Great casual watch.
Only thing is I wish the music wasn’t so aggressively modern
