If I could give this book no stars I honestly would! The author should be ashamed of herself. The way she depicts herself in this book and talks poorly of people who are unlike herself is disgusting. She shames body types, passes judgement on lifestyle choices and relationship dynamics OVER and OVER again throughout the book. I got 1/3 of the way through and could not even listen to her anymore. To call yourself an author of a book that is “empowering” when it throws shade on women the way it does…awful! I will never read another thing by this author!
