I don't know what to say besides, it's the best game I have ever played. I think everyone should give it a try and if you think it might be too hard for you, It won't be. I'm not good at games like this, yet I've been able to do the bosses without too much trouble by exploring and finding little dungeons. I even one shot the legendary General Radahn (keep in mind that one shot in this game means only to do in one try and not to kill in one shot). Side, not the story and lore are very good however it's not very clear and if you're like me, I recommend watching videos about the lore to be able to understand it better because the bosses you fight mean so much more when you understand their lives and relation to each other. for example my favorite the previously mentioned general radahn is literally holding back the stars and learned gravity magic just so he could still ride his beloved horse even with his huge size.
