Well the first obvious "why" 24 hours? The answer is simple ... Entertainment. Sadly ... speed and too many trades dancing over one another doesn’t make for or offer a quality finished product. Is the "cast" annoying? Ehh, no more than any of these reality flip show. Cannot imagine there's not a lengthy punch-list submitted for the closing. Hey A&E, I thought you created "Reality TV". Newsflash ... this isn't it.
