Incredibly moving film. As someone who has gone through everything that this movie throws at the main characters I can attest to it's authentic treatment and portrayal of cancer, love loss and children. Yes, I may be biased, as at times I felt I was watching scenes from my own life, but there are also genuinely hilarious moments and this delivers two characters with chemistry and passion that you want to root for from the start. It helps that Florence Pugh is such an amazing actress and just demands your attention when she is on screen. Andrew Garfield is also flawless in his compassionate role. I cried, I laughed, and I was spellbound throughout. The time jumping in the storyline is easy to follow. A lot easier than say Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, with which this shares some similarities, although this one is firmly based in reality.
A triumph for everyone involved, you beautiful people, and thank you for getting it so spot on.
