this movie has interesting character dynamics, personalities and opinions on love. This movie could genuinely be great if the creators focused more on foreshadowing with snippets of bog kings rejection and making it more in depth. Also not including the absurd amount of pop songs in the movie and created their own to explain the current experience and thoughts of the characters, the bog king seems more like a edgy teen than a man who doesn't understand loves working and needs to learn it. Marianne's stronger song didn't really make sense for her situation, I feel like a song about the betrayal and how she won't trust again would have been better. And I feel as if Marianne's and bog's romance was too rushed, I like how they bonded over their shared experiences with love but I feel it should've slowly grown. It has a lot of potential and I wish they weren't scared to flesh out their own strange story of love and the good and the bad of it.
