Even if you’re not Catholic go see this movie. Excellent acting, cinematography, sets and script. It has a plot twist and ending you won’t see coming. As a Catholic I wanly offended by the movie, but I suspect some of the low ratings are from those who were.

I grew up in the San Fernando Valley in the middle 1960’s. Except for one scene in front of Cupid’s Hotdog stand in Northridge this film could have been filmed anywhere. Now as to the film itself. I thought the plot was thin, the staging average and the acting, at best competent. This is an example of a film made to appeal to a audience that’s so hungry for a good film that they will praise even a mediocre film.
