5 Stars for the show itself. It's fascinating to watch the process...and the results are often magical. I watch this show and am transported, wishing I had such great talent. 3 Stars for Season 6 choices. HOWEVER...Season 6....quite a disappointment. The final 3 artists were shocking. Others were much more suited to paint for the commission award. I just shook my head in wonder. Cristabel Blackburn? I'm so very disappointed that I will zoom to the last 5 minutes of the commission episode to see her portrait of Niles Rodgers and won't miss out on any commentary, for sure. That whole season 6 was terribly painful to slug thru. What happened?
