After a long time, I watched an Odia movie, and surprisingly, it was a horror film — the first of its kind in the Odia industry that I actually liked. The acting, screenplay, and overall execution were impressive. However, the story could have been better. It felt like the film was stretched unnecessarily, which affected the impact. I had stopped watching Odia films years ago, but now it's good to see the industry slowly making quality original content. I truly hope more such films with strong original stories are made in the future.
