This movie had such amazing potential! Truly wish they used the original family and included the new ones. The second movie had preview clips of day one so I expected to see the original cast. The teasers in the second movie made the third look incredible as viewers have been invested in the original cast members. The deaf daughter in the original cast was also a wonderful element to include. Having the audio in the movie go mute when the deaf daughter gave the illusion of being of in the film. Another note on the third film, I was excited to see the guy at the beginning more throughout the movie, I was surprised they killed him off so soon. The guy who survives with the cat was totally random and we learned absolutely nothing about him besides the fact that he’s anxious. He left no impression on me but rather the other guy who died so soon did. I also just noticed it was only a hour and fourty minute movie…I watched gladiator the night before (two and a half hour) movie and this one felt longer since it was so slow.
