If one pays attention, the twist is shown blatantly in the first 10 minutes then they beat you in the face with it the rest of the movie. It was like a game of poker where they show you everyone's cards as they're dealt faceup and everyone keeps playing and trying to bluff every hand, river, and flop. It was depressing, boorish, and an utter waste of time.
