For those who were fortunate enough to read Frank Herbert's DUNE, the exceptional effort to immerse into Herbert's universe succeeded with the film. The scale was such a success, and the ability to interweave the time of monarchs and space travel were brilliantly infused. The score allows you to close your eyes and go where the book previously led. The story is deserving of it's part 2, part 3?
