Catholic propaganda under the guise of an ill-formed fantasy world. Rather than appealing to a variety of audiences, Warrior Nun pushes a religion onto a young non-believer while simultaneously pushing Catholicism onto its viewers in a universe that attempts to discredit any other religions other than the concepts of heaven and hell. Aside from the propaganda aspect, the writing was sub-par and oddly paced and the acting was decent but nothing like other Netflix original’s standards. Unless you are Christian in some way, you will most likely just get annoyed by the obsessive hypocrisy of this show. This show had great potential, but wastes it on a highly disappointing feeling of evangelicalism.
