Louis Armstrong was a genius. Plain and simple. With his limited formal music training, he created a musical idiom that highly educated musicians couldn’t recreate in 100 years. Today’s musicians only imitate what he created in his head. I couldn’t tie his shoes. Had it not been for Louis, modern music would not exist today. God gifted Louie Armstrong to inspire every great trumpet player after him. 👍
