Started watching the Ark sci-fi series, with great expectations as it was supposedly made by the team that made Stargate SG1. After watching the first three episodes I have come to the conclusion that if it was made by SG1 production crew then it must have been the carpenters & set builders as this is so wooden and seemed to be aimed at teens and soap opera fans. The writing is poor and the science is pretty shaky. I found that I was shouting at the tv and getting angry as the actors seem to be. Their is no logic to any of this and everyone seems to have their own secret agenda. Pity as this could have been a great situation sci-fi series. I hope it will get better, but SG1, or something like, it is not.
