It is Supernatural like, which is good. I like the cast diversity which lends to multiple storylines, so there is a little something for everyone. My issue is with one of the main characters, J.C. Mackenzie, who plays Fred Allen. J.C. is just not believable as an action star and it really drags the show down. If they could exchange him for an actor that looks more the part, I would be much more invested in the series. The rest of the cast plays their parts well. I just don't know if I'll be able to finish the season with J.C at the helm..
