It took me a hot minute to watch the first one, but once I did, I opened the Pandora's Box of slasher/comic/thriller genius. The actors, from seasoned to "introducing"s were fantastic.This movie is not only a great sequel, with a great twist, but it would be a great stand-alone. You get to know the characters with this- in both films- and you meet AND start to love a new character from the beginning. It's SO fun to watch and when you end Killer Queen, go back and rewatch the first. Bee is probably one of my favorite bad guys.

I thought I signed up for a horror show. It was not. What I saw was a finely tuned and beautifully told story of how, sometimes, twisted things that happen in life can stay with you...how you can let those things stay with us....or we can let them go and stay in the present with the people we love and the things we enjoy. A lot of good lessons in this. The fine line between life and death, sick and well, needy and deserving...life. The ghosts are scary as ghosts are...but they have meaning here The actors were all so brilliant.. but Kate Siegel and Carla Gugino will pull at the heart like crazy. Can a house be haunted or can people be haunted.. this may give you a different perspective. Worth a binge. ♡ loved it.
