Garmo Devava

This game is the effective merging of the combat mechanics of dark souls, including bonfires, estus flasks, and engaging bosses, and the original Zelda's exploration, creating something new and exciting. This game's true innovation however, lies in the in game manual, a lovingly crafted complete retro manual, including all of the tidbits expected of one. The way in which this manual is revealed to you gradually through the game subtly leads you through the many areas, with scrawlings in pen providing subtle hints to the locations and solutions of the game's many unique puzzles, all culminating in one of the most unique, complex, and satisfying puzzles I've ever encountered in a game (for the secret ending). This game is a true indie gem and I would recommend it to any fans of exploration and puzzle solving in their games.
