Just went to APEX. Poor business model and won’t be in business long if they don’t transition customer service ASAP. Several employees standing around conversing or day dreaming with poor attitudes, eye contact avoidance and turned backs. Apex needs an overhaul. Unsanitary, over priced, ZERO costumer service except for the 3 gentlemen at the Go carts. The bar customer service was a joke!!! Brunette manager had the nerve to look away when I asked if I could order food. Employees didn’t wear gloves while serving food, straws, or beverages. NASTY!! Simulation games didn’t work and still charged $50 an hour instead of the 30 min. The entire facility smelled like perspiration and dirty carpet. Clearly the ventilation didn’t work.
Signs need to be in place for crowd control. Hand smudges everywhere. If you still desire to go please wear gloves and try not to touch anything without personally wiping it down. I observed several people entering bumper cars, simulation games, touching screens without the areas being sanitized. COVID TRAP???
Totally grossed out. Will never return!!
