I've watched this show for at least 8 years now and enjoy just about all of the segments....particularly fashion Friday. And I enjoy the make-up hints of different ethnic beauticians. That said, one of my favourite segments was a "grocery comparison" where Marilyn, the nutritionist, and one of the chefs were given the same amt of money to shop from the same grocery list. The chef, in the end, had spent the least amt for the same items....he suggested that, if you had access to, for instance, an asian market, that you buy there rather than the usual grocery stores. I live on the West Coast, and CityLine runs at 1 AM here. Sometimes, I stay up and watch it, and other times I watch it online.
