I’ve always admired Mariska Hargitay since I started watching Law and Order SVU. Her character was so full of integrity, compassion, and courage. I guess she played her own character. Her search for the truth about her mother Jayne Mansfield and her family was unflinching yet compassionate and respectful toward all. What a healing process for her and what an example she sets for all of us as what a person should be. An absolutely beautiful, must-see documentary.

I was expecting another indulgent k-drama type movie but was pleasantly surprised at the wisdom, compassion, and depth of this movie. Superbly written, beautifully shot, and impeccably acted, Past Lives is a masterpiece.

I didn't think this movie would be that good and I was afraid that it would be another annoying boring female hero type movie that I would be yawning through but wow, this is truly a worthy addition to the LOTR and Hobbit movies. Characters are well-developed, the story was moving, writing was excellent. Go watch the movie!
