I would like to point out the inaccuracies in your response to my initial review. 1) You said there were areas that were inaccessable with your equipment. You had leaf blowers, so you could have blowen leaves on to the grass in areas that had bushes, schrubs or gardens. If I could do it surely a professional company could do it. 2) You said there were areas in the back yard that were hard to do. But you should have been aware of that as you saw the whole property. That should have been reflected in your quote. 3) You said you did 80% of the job. You did not touch the front yard. You did only 50% of the job. I bagged on additional 14 bags the next day. I also have photos of the leaves you didn't do which I took before I started to finish the incompelte job. 4) You said that you had to bring your equipment across a busy street. It was a Saturday and there was very little traffic on the street. 5) You said that you had to cross street numerous times to bring all the equipment over. As far as I could see, you had one motorized vehicle, a couple of rakes and a couple of leaf blowers. With three people, each person bringing over equipment, each person would have to cross the street once. 6) I said you sat in your truck from 3:15pm to 4:30pm which is the absolute truth. But it becomes irrelevant as you said you finished at 3pm. 7) You said a neighbour was surprised that you had to bag as many bags as you did. Highly unlikely as my neighbours in the past have raked 40 to 65 bags in a fall/winter season. You only put out 15 bags. If what you said was true, produce for me the neighbour who said that. 8) The neighbour who told me that you did a really lousy job. is a real neighbour who has lived across from me for over 25 yeras. If you chose to bring suit against me in small claims court, I could bring her to testify on my behalf. Here in lies another reason you don'f want to go to court. Robert Ferguson
