I surprisingly enjoyed this movie. I was skeptical, but the way the story moved was very similar to the comics but also brought a darker quality to the film. I like how it still focuses on the job but how things can take a turn and reveal a deeper problem. This Hellboy has done a good job about the lore and about who he is to other beings. The actor who played hellboy did a great job, the way the character was played scratched an itch that the previous film botched.
