Wait until it hits your cable broadcasting network or streaming service of choice. You've seen every interesting tidbit in the previews. There sadly is nothing else to the movie...oh unless you want to see a Thor reference where he reaches for a small hammer and throws it at a villain. We get it - you guys got a Marvel actor to play in your poorly written reboot. The chemistry between Thor (but not Thor only basically Thor) and Tessa Thompson is lazy if there at all. Most of the people stating this movie was great or not as bad as critics claimed are simply die hard Sophie Turner fans. And that's OKAY. But this isnt GOT. It's Marvel and this movie sucked as far as Marvel movies go. I would go back and watch any of the previous XMen movies but I will NOT watch this again. It's a vapid ending to the XMen saga. Halfway through the movie I found myself rolling my eyes - oh great Jean is crying again and stating how confused she is 🙄. We got that part in the first twenty minutes of the movie. The action doesn't occur until the movie is more than 50% over and by that point you won't even care. The ending is good but feels as if it should have occurred earlier in the movie. Instead you're forced to sit through an hour of a drama that fooled you into thinking it would be an action movie only to change it's mind in the last 15 minutes. It's like someone stole a fanfiction script written by a teenager. All that being said - it's a C+ movie. See it because of your favorite actors/actresses but don't expect it to blow you away.
