What a poor display from the entire team 🙃. Could have done much much better or they shouldn’t have used the name chandramukhi for such a poor selection . Utter disrespect for the part one . Lawrence tried his best but unfortunately he couldn’t match the character as he reminds kanchana in each scene . We can’t say we should not compare with previous version as the entire movie is copied from its part one . Rather than saying part 2 , we can say remake . Some scenes are so irritating and shows the over acting skills of main actor . Except vadiwelu, all others are below average. Negatives 1. Selection of script 2. Selection of cast 3. Graphics 4. Poor performance including main role actors 5. Lots of logic mistakes 6. Overhype 7. Name of the movie Positives 1. Vadiwelu Utter Disaster and filled with disappointment 💔 1.5/5

Don’t know why people are misleading with so negative comments , to be honest could have done better by Nelson . Anyways Beast is watchable and full of comedy filled entertainment. One man show performance done by Thalapathy Vijay along with his dance , style, acting and smile . Special mention for Ani for his marvelous music for the movie . Though Kingsley and yogi there , appreciation should go to VTV Ganesh . Pooja Hegde has done her part well . Storyline of the movie is not new to the tamil cinema but the presence of Vijay makes it watchable. Don’t know what went wrong with Nelson, but he should focus more on it for upcoming movies .
