Very long, difficult to feel anything for the characters other than disgust when they celebrated the bombings. Confusing timeline, especially when characters, like Einstein, are in the same clothes in presumably different years. Not an interesting story, although full of great actors whose talents were wasted. The “big reveal” of some set up was uninteresting, unexciting and somewhat confusing unless you knew who these people were before watching the movie. The score was aggressive violins that seemingly never stopped, which made listening to dialogue challenging. I would have tried harder if the movie had been engaging in the slightest. An extra star for Gary Oldman’s brief appearance.
