I saw a Reddit post (wish I saved it) stating the even during the 4 first episodes, IU has already depicted through acting different moods and expressions (I.e. happiness, sadness, excitement, etc) perfectly. I always enjoy IU’s acting that’s why I may have not noticed it but the post is actually true and spot on. It would a shame if she won’t get an award for this. The 1st episode was so slow but quickly picked up the during the following episodes up to ep 8 as of this writing. Plot is simple but heartwarming during the 1st half and I bet more to come during the 3rd and 4th installment. You can’t still predict what the entire series is all about but I guess, it is a simple depiction how each family goes through hardships and overcoming it by tackling it together. It may sound too cliche-ish but how the series was written with perfect screenplay makes it so worthwhile watching it. IU and all the actors didn’t (and I bet won’t) disappoint.
