The Space Western theme is really done well in this show. Despite some complaints about a lack of an overarching story line, there is a definite charm to a show where the episodes are mostly self contained. The main character is the typical "quiet, competent gunslinger" and got me on his side quickly, despite his devotion to brevity. If it's not your thing, that's fine, and it's easy to find out, with the one week free trial on Disney+. I recommend it, especially for fans of Star Wars, and/or westerns.

This is the only CW show I have ever watched where everyone communicates with each other and I'm not frustrated for episodes at a time over stupid, manufactured conflict.
