The focus on Sean and his autism is what drew me to watch this show. However, I struggle with show after show that so poorly portrays the accuracy of the medical side. The actors often do not pronounce medical terms correctly, let alone how the medical drama falls so far off of true reality. if the medical stories could be more realistic, what a show this would be.
