Great movie. 5 stars could have been achieved with more gods related scenes. It will be nominated for awards, no doubt.

Would have been 5 ☆ if Johhny Depp had been recast. Mads Mikkelson gives his usual emotionless portrayal. He is always the same in every film. Not menacing or threatening. Forgettable.

Another HBO masterpiece of visual & audio flavor. As with other HBO greats(Deadwood, Rome) it is cut short, ended much too soon. HBO seems to over emphasize not overstaying your welcome.
