What an incredibly terrible software installation process and terrible - chat only - tech support.
I have a compatible late model Mac (Im on 10.14.5 OS 2.9 Ghz Processor and 16GB memory) and this PoS software won't install on it.
I've been at it for over an hour and I think I'll just return this PoS software.
