The movie's star cast has the redoubtable Mithun Chakraborty, Naseeruddin Shah, Pallavi Joshi, Prakash Belawadi, Mandira Bedi, Rajesh Sharma, Pankaj Tripathi among others, but it's all about Shweta Basu Prasad who essays the role of Raagini Phule, She literally lives the role of a lifetime as a young journalist in search of the missing pieces of the puzzle.
