Unbelievable they would not honor my tickets over a year when I went there and weโre not able to use them due to bad weather. I was in an accident had multiple neck surgeries and finally can go enjoy activities again and they would not exchange my tickets or work with me at all. Said I had to re purchase $120 worth of tickets. There are so many similar experiences like this in the city and now that multiple employees were rude and not accommodating or understanding I will not go to the Edge or recommend the experience to anyone.
How are you not human and work with your paying customers to make it work for them to be able to come and enjoy your exhibit ?
