This book drags on endlessly about Phipps yet offers no concrete evidence whatsoever to link him to the children. Lots of padding about other offenders' crimes and statistics which are totally irrelevant. Sweeping, unfounded statements such as "as we have shown, Phipps handed a pound note to the children at the beach". Nothing has been proven whatsoever. A waste of time and money in my opinion. I'm gobsmacked that people actually believe this nonsense.
