Amazing show definitely best game adaptation I've ever seen, hopefully not the best this year if TLOU holds up. It felt exactly the game but with a much more exaggerated and vibrant art style with surprisingly good and interesting characters and many references to the game. 10/10 pacing. Only cons I really have is the dreadful music choice it just doesn't fit the gritty, violent dystopian city and sounded like it belonged in a more childish anime. Spoilers: Adam smasher was another con for me. He's badass and certainly done more justice than in the game but it kinda creates a plot hole and further emphasises how he was nerfed in the game.

The second half felt like it was 3 quarters of the film 🥱. Why was it so fast paced and action packed for no reason. Felt like ryan gosling was used to trick me into watching it by making me think it will be similar and as good as drive. Completely wasted Ray liotta and bradley cooper. Its as if they swapped writers halfway through. everything downgraded even cinematography on 2nd half.

literally 10/10 gameplay, 10/10 graphics 0.1/10 story. lazily written boring revenge story that doesnt even conclude in a satisfying way. They tried to be ambitious but they crossed the line to the point where the game just wasn't enjoyable and genuinely ruined my week. deleted it after an hour only redownloaded it because i spent money on it.

one of the best story games of all time. 90% of the 1 star reviews are laughable without valid criticism, talking about terrible graphics. I think they forgot the game was made in 2013.
