I received the 1st three books as a gift from my daughter in the early 80's. After reading them and finishing on Sunday, I called the library on Monday and picked up the Plains of Passage on my way home from work. I read the first chapter before I started the car. Since then I have read the series 3 times and also a Fan Fiction piece that gave closure to the entire series. Great Reading!
