Hi guys, It is unclear for whom this series has been created. There is no urban & rural India anymore. This show is intellectual bankruptcy considering other shows like Narcos, Money Heist, Queen of South, Blacklist, Westworld, Billions, True Detective, Breaking Bad and others that the audience are used to watching and have grown to love due to their top-notch quality. In Aarya, the characters are very loosely built. The lead character doesn’t really know what to do, she is neither strong nor intelligent and lacks confidence. There is also no solid personality to the other characters. The story line is weak, and there is no connection between the past, present and future. It also lacks any surprise or twist. Using the Bhagwad Gita is unnecessary and not relevant in any way to the story. The Cinematography is certainly not upto the mark. Music doesn’t engage the audience to the story, while the editing is mediocre. Whereas the actors have done their job well, the story and script are disappointing to say the least. To put it crudely, Please grow up. When you have a budget to meet international levels, this is not the shoddy job that is expected from big banners such as Hotstar and Ravi.
