Fun, but silly. Sam Rockwell is the glue that holds pretty much every film he appears in together. By far, one of the best actors of our times. Farrell and Walken do a good job too. The storyline is a bit cumbersome and drags a few times. All in all, an enjoyable watch.... but not worth a second viewing.
