Love your tv show. Very informative. I learn a lot. Just been watching your show 1st may, regarding brewing and making bbq burgers. My son has Bon Ton BBQ in Lower Hutt and he sources top quality meats for smoking then turns it into burgers and nachos. People are raving about the taste… all due to good quality meats from farms such as yours. Well done on a great program, so kiwi and down to earth 😊
