Well, I give up.
With all the respect for Waller-Bridge I can muster (and I am a great fan of Fleabag) KE is just ridiculous, swerving uneasily between humour and crime thriller and somehow failing to be either. The characterisation is just too flippant, too lame, entirely without surprises. I can't care about Villanelle because damaged deadly female assassins are an old trope; from Nikita to Charlie Baltimore, this has been done before and better. Eve is a flappy catastrophe of instinctual intelligence so great that she can describe her opponent's face with the over-lucid poetry of an adolescent feeling their first underpants riot, yet completely fails to notice her luggage being nicked by her idol five feet to her left (V wears a cap you see, changes everything) If you want to ask the boss something, catch up with her in the deli ruminating on sausages. Fellow agents blunder into obvious traps, or run around fields crying. Four episodes in, I feel the same. Time to change channel.
