Its entertaining but a significant step down in quality from Tron Legacy. The writing is overall weak, resulting in cringy dialogue and forgettable moments from many of the “major” characters. Jared Leto is surprisingly convincing in his role as Ares, and managed to keep me intrigued in his character for the full length of the movie. The nine inch nails soundtrack was good, but did not live up to Daft Punk’s masterpiece from the previous film. Rating: 6/10
