Decent show with definite potential. I do like they didn't go with the stereotypical lead female agent, like other shows, where she's basically a model/cocky super-cop that can magically sneak up on suspects in 6 inch heals even though all you hear is "clip, clop, clip, clop." Maggie is certainly much more.. plain. Normal. Physically speaking, at least. Unfortunately she's an emotional mess and cries nearly every episode, picks arguments and sticks her nose in everyone's business. She's the first one to tell OA "you're too close to this.. your feelings are in the way" after being too close and letting her feelings get in the way basically all the time. Super hypocritical and far to conceded to admit her mistakes. I just keep waiting for them to kill her off ๐ I honestly don't know how anyone tolerates her.
Everything else about the show seems good to far, characters and all. Though Jubul could maybe could try not saying "yeah yeah yeah" 50 times per episode.. that definitely get old.
**Something else to note - the show tackles some seriously sensitive issues and crosses a lot of lines shows generally steer away from or only mildly insinuate towards. Cases are heavily charged with racism, sexism, classism, addiction, mental illness, politics, all of it. Again, generally just in terms of the situations surrounding the cases but still; if you're a sensitive person towards those things might want to find something else to watch.
